Alon Bousso received his bachelors and MBA in  Business Administration from NYIT University in New York.  With a specialization in international marketing, Alon brings extensive knowledge in customized marketing and sales methods that are tailored to clients’  needs and in accordance with their specific product and services. 

Over the last 20 years, as a business consultant, Alon has built his experience in entrepreneurship, sales promotion, local and international marketing and  as an entrepreneur, Alon has been involved in the development and promotion of business ventures. Alon addresses the many challenges faced by business owners in relation to building a business plan suitable to achieve the needs and goals in a timely manner. 

Alon uses his 15 years of knowledge and experience to fulfill the dreams of the entrepreneurs and business owners who want to sharpen their skills and learn how to operate and implement their daily and long-term business goals in order to reach success.  As a business mentor, Alon aspirations are to enrich his clients with insights that will lead them to become independent business owners and operators, to  distill sales and marketing messages, and build the most appropriate strategic plans for business growth.

As a business coach, Alon’s mentoring process consists of training with a “positive thinking” approach. As an existing entrepreneur and business owner, Alon is constantly keeping his clients in the growth mindset; how to continuously adapt to expand the company's  customer user base and consults and guides his clients on promotional tactics by providing the proper tools and framework to make each marketing  strategy successful. Part of the growth mindset is to always keep challenging their clients with possible outcomes and solutions, to research what their users are enjoying and lacking from the services and products offered. The approach is to continuously sharpen the products so that customers will utilize the services as they grow as well.  

Alon lectures in the field of business entrepreneurship, sales promotion and marketing at colleges and entrepreneurship centers. He is fluent in both French and English. Alon lives in Harish with his wife and children
